I stay here every time I come to Winchester to work a travel assignment. The front desk staff is amazing and really try to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Manager is friendly and personable. Rooms are always clean and no bugs seen anywhere ever. And because I work overnight they make sure my room is away from others rooms who may have noise or animals. Breakfast is good and the lady who serves it is such a nice sweet person. Offer travel discount for nurses like me which I much appreciate and make check in and out a breeze with no required deposit for out of town stays. Hands down most accommodating hotel in the area and highly recommend.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Great AAA discount. They allow pets - but in their own wing. Both wings have laminate floors with no carpets so this hotel is perfect for both those with pets, and those with allergies. The front desk staff was excellent. We had to take a trip to the emergency room in the evening and when we got back the clerk said she had already pushed back our checkout time to 1pm so we could sleep in. The room was super clean, breakfast was good and we couldn’t have had a better stay. We will definitely stay here again. The local hospital was excellent as well.

Located right off interstate. The room was clean but smelled heavily of a deodorizer. Great water pressure in the shower. The towels were clean but not soft. The breakfast was delicious and the woman working the dining area was very sweet. Denny's is right next store from hotel.

I tend to stay at Quality Inns due to my rewards card. I've stayed at quite a few QI's over the years and there are some good one's and bad one's - this location is definitely one of the best one's that I've stayed in. Front desk is excellent and helpful, hotel is clean and well maintained, rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is one of the best that I've had for hotels that offer free breakfast. They also have free coffee and lemon water in the lobby all the time and it's acutally good coffee. I've stayed here 4 times on road trips back and forth to Florida and highly recommend. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay for a night or longer, you won't be disappointed.

I have to say that my wife and I found the service of the staff to be competent, prompt and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Our overnight stay was among the best we have experienced while road tripping through the country.
